CityPlanner.ai is an AI-powered platform that generates property and planning insights based on publicly available datasets. These insights are informational only and do not constitute professional advice or government approvals.

By using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use CityPlanner.ai.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use CityPlanner.ai. By using the platform, you confirm you meet this requirement.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights in the CityPlanner.ai platform and its generated content (excluding user-uploaded content) remain with Athenian.io Pty Ltd.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use the reports and tools for personal or internal business use only.

5. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Do not share your login credentials. You must notify us immediately at support@athenian.io if you suspect unauthorised access.

6. Payment Terms

All transactions are processed securely via Stripe. By purchasing a report, you agree to the one-time charge. Card data is handled by Stripe and not stored on our servers. Pricing is in AUD and inclusive of GST unless otherwise specified.

7. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our reports, all purchases are final. If you believe a report was delivered in error or is unusable, email support@athenian.io within 7 days and we’ll investigate the issue.
